What was Jesus Mission?

What was Jesus’ Mission? Was it to revive the essence of Judaism or was it to die? Let’s have a look at what the scriptures say: Brief  picture of the context of Jesus Ministry: The situation of Judaism was bleak when Jesus arrived on the scene.  The religious leaders had become immersed in self grandiose and lost sight of their role in teaching people the best way of living.  They had inherited the seat of Moses,  who was a guide to mankind towards their Lord - but now they abused the seat.   This was the situation that Jesus had arrived in.  The Jewish people were oppressed not only by the Romans but also by the religious leaders who were the people that were supposed to ease their burden in this world.   Jesus heart was filled with compassion for his people and angry at the religious leaders who were not fulfilling their duty.   1.   Matthew 15:14 “Jesus answered, "I was sent only to the people of Israel. They are like lost sheep.” Why

Did Jesus teach us to disregard God's laws?

Did Jesus trivialize and even advocate disobedience to God’s laws? Here is a List of some verses that have been MISINTERPRETED as Jesus encouraging trivialization of and even disobedience to God’s laws. 1.       Matthew 15: 10-11 “ Jesus called the crowd to him. He said, " Listen and understand .  What goes into your mouth does not make you 'unclean.' It's what comes out of your mouth that makes you 'unclean .' " Jesus was teaching that sin comes from within. Many biblical scholars and ordinary Christians incorrectly interpret this statement of Jesus to mean that Jesus was authorizing them to eat anything, drink anything because it doesn’t make you unclean.   What Jesus was stating here is that disobedience to laws starts from the heart.  They immediately justify their lack of adherence to the health laws in the Bible based on this statement that Jesus made – they completely took this statement out of its contex

What are the contradictions and who taught them? The contradictions to Jesus teachings in the New Testament were bought in by those who came later after the departure of Jesus.  Most of these contradictions were written by St. Paul, formally known as Saul of Tarsus.  It is VITAL to note that Paul NEVER MET Jesus NEVER sat with Jesus, NEVER Spoke with Jesus , NEVER WALKED with Jesus – yet he has written well over 15 books of the New Testament.  Let’s see what Paul said in comparison to what Jesus and all the other prophets said and let’s lay it side but side and see it for what it really is.  If anything – current day Christianity was formed by Paul and not Jesus.  And here’s WHY…  JESUS’s & PROPHETS TEACHINGS      PAUL’S TEACHINGS                 1. Matt 19:17 “… If you want to enter eternal life, keep the commandments .” 1. Romans 3:21-22 “…God makes us just and holy without the need of a law.  God makes us holy by mean
